This beautifully made high quality silky smooth Necklace is made of top quality black rubber thong and sterling silver. (It is not elastic or stretchy in any way) The clasp has an extender chain so it will fit most necks.
Length can be 16 to 18" depending on use of the extender chain.
It can be worn on its own or threaded with beads. It is designed to be used with pandora style beads.
